Senior Commercial Insurance Account Handler

£30,000 - £35,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established reputable Insurance company with a strong market presence. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Account Handler.

Quality service is paramount so candidates must have excellent listening skills and be able to understand and deliver to individual client needs in order to maintain the excellent reputation of the business.

• Giving instructions to insurance providers.
• Checking policy documents (including endorsements) for accuracy prior to receipt by clients.
• To process correspondence, renewals, pre-renewal activity, quotations and computer input.
• Manage own book of business.
• Develop and maintain positive on-going relationships with Insurers and Underwriters in a professional manner.
• Experience mentoring and training staff.

Key Skills:

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience within a similar role (desirable)
• Cert CII or working towards (desirable)
• Dynamic
• Self-Starter
