We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing UK Insurance firm. Due to the success and growth of their business, they are looking for Senior Account Executives to develop business around Derby, Nottingham and surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Insurance new business writers to gain a foothold within a growing organisation. The successful applicants will be given complete autonomy and flexibility to manage their weekly work itinerary. Ultimately you will be running your business within the business. Therefore you will be allowed the freedom build your book and continue growing your earnings year on year.

You must have strong technical Insurance knowledge with proven Commercial Insurance business development experience. In addition you must be able to nurture long standing relationships, network, market & develop your own profitable business development activities and confidently deliver outstanding levels of customer satisfaction. You will receive support wherever required and must be able to co-ordinate internal resources with your personal activities to maximise performance on your pipeline with all planned office and field-based work.

The remuneration will be tailored to suit the successful applicant.

Key Experience Criteria:

• Strong Business Development Sales Experience
• Good Technical Insurance knowledge ideally with Agricultural &
Farming risks
• Ability to expertly manage client relationships
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and customer service standards
• A Full UK driving licence
