We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable and fast expanding UK Insurance firm. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their surgery team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to gain a foothold within a growing organisation and advance in their career within the Insurance Sector.

Job Description: Surgery Team Administrator
Reports to: Head of Sales 
Hours of work: 08:30 to 17:30
Place of work: Office based Stevenage

Main Purpose of Job:

To ensure the smooth running of the Surgery team on a day-to-day basis in respect of administration

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Providing administrative support across the Surgery Team 
• Actioning Surgery Go Aheads
• Dealing with MTAs
• Preparing Surgery Renewals
• Supporting Surgery Renewals and New Business Teams with inbound telephone enquiries
• Maintain a current knowledge of policy specifics and mandatory requirements – supported by Broker Assess

Required Skills:

• Proven experience of dealing with customers insurance requirements
• Keen attention to detail
• Professional manner
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good standard of written English
