Our client is a well established construction firm that specialise in commercial construction projects. They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their successful team. Previous experience essential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day cost running of project\'s ranging in value up to £3 million.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Price/forecast the cost of materials needed for the project
•Track changes to the design and/or construction work
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors
•Measure and value the work done on site
•Value subcontractors work
•Build relationships and liaise with the client and other construction professionals
•Write extension of time letters
